Lovely Words

Using White Dove Ceremonies was the best thing we did when organising my dear Sister Jan's funeral. We desparely wanted the service to be all about Jan and her wonderful caring, fun loving personality.
Trish got it so completely right. From start to finish she made everything so much easier than I could of thought possible. She kept me informed of everything, reassured and encouraged me with what we wanted and on the day she made the eulogy so beautiful that people thought she must of actually known Jan.
A very sad occasion was in fact a very uplifting day full of overwhelming love for Jan.
I can't recommend Trish highly enough for anyone wanting an occasion which is professional and personal in equal measure performed in a very caring way.
This may be quite overdue but I would really like to say thank you to Trish and the directors on behalf of the family. You gave a brilliant send off for a much loved member of our family.
Thanks for reading out all of our tributes, a lot of thought went into every one. I'm really grateful for you reading out my poem; I like how you read it with a glint in your eye which Grandad would have appreciated. The poem I quoted felt very fitting, as Grandad really did "rage, rage against the dying of the light".
Before the funeral, I was worried about how everyone would be, but it turned out to be a happy occasion. A lovely day with family.
We decided as a family to alter the norms and traditions. I enjoyed seeing the cardboard coffin with our photos and drawings.
You gave him a special goodbye from all of us.

Just wanted to take a moment to thank you for kindness and valuable input regarding mum’s Celebration of Life Ceremony. From the beautiful words in mum’s Eulogy that really capture her character, the birthday poem, ritual for the family so they can all be included, to the venue recommendation! This has lifted us all from the gloom of not being able to have a funeral and to be able to celebrate her life on her birthday. Thank you so so much.

Trish, we cannot thank you enough for helping us put together Dad’s Funeral Service. It was so comforting to work with you. Not only did you advise and act with first-class professionalism, but your warmth and sincerity supported me and gave me the confidence I needed to compose and deliver very personal words. One of the most difficult things I have ever had to do. At all times, I trusted that you had everything in hand, even down to the finest detail requested, playing the music of Aka Bilk!  So touching. You can read from the comments below how very right you got the Service. Very well done and thank you so much.
